🚨 WE'RE HIRING: HVAC Installation Technician 🚨

🔧 What You'll Do

  • Install HVAC equipment safely and correctly
  • Use power tools and follow proper safety procedures
  • Work independently and alongside a team
  • Provide excellent customer service on every job

✅ What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License + clean driving record
  • Clean background check & ability to pass drug screenings
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of power tools and safe handling
  • Experience preferred, but open to training the right candidate

💪 Physical Requirements

  • Lift 50–75 lbs regularly (25 lbs consistently over distance)
  • Climb ladders, work on roofs, and in tight space.
  • Comfortable working up to 12-hour days when needed

🌦️ Work Environment

  •  Indoor & outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Exposure to hot/cold temps and job site hazards
  • Use of PPE (safety gear required)
  • Work in crawl spaces, under floors, and elevated areas
